Raw Materials Inspection

Performed when materials arrive at factory, ensure overall appearance, and dimension meet order requirements.

Initial Inspection

Performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed. A preliminary inspection of CCT & Power Consumption & Luminous Flux & Dimmable Function are matched with order requirements, it is the first step in ensuring the quality of our product will be consistent throughout production.
QC Passed

Inline Inspection + Casual Inspection

Performed when 20-80% of your order is completed, ensure functionality, performance, durability reach order requirements.
QC Passed

Final Inspection

Items selected at random from the order, conducted when the production is at least 80% complete. If there is not any problems for this step, our QC will issue the inspection report and release the order.
